BITSAT
The Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani is an all-India Institute of Higher Education. The Institute conducts BIT S admission test for admission to integrated First year degree programme includes BE.(Hons), B Pharm(Hons), MSc(Hons), MSc(Tech)degree that are offered at its Goa, Pilani and Hyderabad campuses.

For admission to all the above programme except B.Pharm (Hons) and MSc (Hons) Biological Science, Candidates should have passed the 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
For admission to B Pharm (Hons) and MSc (Hons) Biological Sciences programmes, candidates should have passed the 12th examination system with Physics, chemistry and biology or mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. Candidates having both mathematics and biology in 10+2 have to decide whether they wish to appear in Mathematics or Biology subject in BITSAT

Eligibility: The candidates should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects in 12th examination ( if candidate has taken mathematics at BITSAT)
The candidates should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in physics, chemistry and biology subjects in 12th examination( if candidate has taken biology at BITSAT) with minimums
60% marks in each papers i.e., physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology subjects in 12th examination. Admission will be purely on merit.
The Examination: BITSAT will be of total three hour duration. The test consists of four parts i.e.,
Part one: Physics, Part two: Chemistry, Part three: English proficiency and Logical reasoning, Part four: Mathematics/Biology. Candidate who appears in biology in part four will eligible for MSc (Hons) Biological Science and B Pharm (hons) only. Candidate who appears mathematics in part four will be eligible for any of the integrated first degree programmes including MSc (Hons) Biological science and B Pharm (Hons).
