Pondicherry university has been offering a two-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme specialising in tourism. The course mainly prepares the students for taking up managerial positions in the tourism and travel industry.
MBA Tourism is a combination of 60 per cent tourism and 40 per cent management-related subjects.
