DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING-FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Duration: Six months or oneyear
Eligibility: 10+2 in any discipline with 50 per cent aggregate (English as a compulsory subject) or bachelor’s degree or above (English as a compulsory subject in 10+2).

Focus of the course:
The programme, which will be conducted by IGNOU in partnership with Accenture, will provide students the opportunity to develop their professional skills, to be eligible for employment in the growing BPO industry. This diploma programme incorporates a unique blend of theory and practical courses, designed by eminent academicians, Accenture subject matter experts, BPO training organisations and elearning organisations, to provide students with a comprehensive learning model. Students will have an exit option at the end of six months (Semester One). Successful candidates will get a Certificate in Finance and Accounting. This exit option is available for only working professionals who are either working in a BPO industry or a relevant industry with a minimum of six months work experience and having good communication and IT skill.
