University of Madras is offering two year Online Master degree course in association with University of Northampton and Staffordshire university. Madras University is offering below mentioned Online Masters Degree programs
1) MSc International Environmental Management (association with university of Northampton, UK)
2) MSc Sustainability and Natural Resources Management (association with Staffordshire University, UK)
Both degrees are part time Masters Degree, delivered through on-campus workshops and online. Courses will start on Sept 2010. These Online Master Degree are part of a series of International Masters co-delivered by University of Madras, in co-operation with UK Universities and Supported by UK-India Educational and Research Initiative(UKIERI)

Apply for MSc Sustainability and Natural Resources Management:
The application to Staffordshire University is divided into THREE parts (Parts A, B and C). To be considered for a place on your chosen award, you will need to have completed and sent all the sets of application documents and your referees support
document by the application deadline.
Step A for MSc Sustainability and Natural Resources Management
1)Go to : http://www.staffs.ac.uk/distlearnform/
2)Complete the application form
3)In section 2, click on the Faculty of Sciences, and the award option is the
MA Sustainable Development.Do not worry; you are not applying for the MA, but at present, the website options have still to be amended.
4)Once you have filled all 14 sections, press the Submit button, at the bottom of the document.
Step B. Apply to University of Madras
Application Format
Type this format in MS-Word and save as
"Your Name_PartB_JointMastersApp_SMUP".
Send this word file to following email id

email subject must be "Your Name_Joint_Masters_(SMUP)_application"
Part C
Contact two referees you mentioned part10 of Staffordshire university online application form and ensure that they submit a one page reference to following email:

Referees email subject should be "Your_Name_Applicant_JointMasters_Reference".
If Referee's email does not arrive on time, university will contact you and if you are interested, we will hold the application for the next intake.
