Candidates seeking admission for this course can obtain the application form and prospectus from
state banki of mysore, nagarbhavi branch, Jnana bharathi, Bangalore 560 056 and KG Road bangalore
560 001. The prescribed application fee for General Merit/other catagory candidates is Rs.300/- and
for SC,ST and Category-1 candidates of Karnataka state is rs 150. The application should submit the
hard copy of the application in original and other requisite documents by hand or just post, so as to reach the
