The qualified personnel  can find job at various levels in the Government. There are also jobs in the private sector companies which manufacture machinery, market farm inputs like seeds and fertilizers and produce farm products. They can also work in estates and plantations as agricultural exports. Opportunities are available in R&D laboratories and in the teaching sector also. Farm experts can also seek self employment by setting up nurseries and greenhouses.
