The Cochin University Of Science and Technology(CUSAT), is one of top technology university in south India. CUSAT is conducting its own entrance for engineering degree, post graduate and Management courses. CUSAT may conduct Common Adimission Test 2011(CAT-2011) for admission to B.Tech and post-graduate courses at the varsity on April 3 or 4th 2011 next year,according to sources.The newly constituted CAT monitoring committee will take a formal decision in this regard on coming Tuesday.
The present schedule is one month ahead of the previous CAT schedule. In 2010,CAT was held in the second week of May.However the CAT monitoring committee took the decision to advance the date in view of the assembly election falling in next May.
