Candidates with MDS/M.Pharm/MPT/M.Sc Nursing qualifications with at least 50% marks in aggregrate
Applications can be obtained in person by paying Rs.500/- in cash or DD in favour of "Sumandeep University payable at Vadodara". Or download application form and the same can be submitted with payment against application fee through DD as mentioned above.
