Maritime University Mumbai Admission 2011

Indian Maritime University, Mumbai, has invited eligible candidates for a walk-in interview  on 18th and 19th January 2011 for admission to seats likely to remain vacant, after admission of sponsored candidates, in one year Pre-Sea Marine Engineering Training Course, of January, 2011 Session, which will be filled up through direct admissions.

Eligible unmarried candidates (male/ female) of Indian nationality, who posess B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical or Naval Architecture) Degree from AICTE approved college or the I.I.T. with minimum 50% marks in final year and minimum 50% marks in English in 10th or 12th standard and not exceeding an upper age limit of 28 years as on 3rd January, 2011, can walk in for the interview.

Application form and other details can be obtained from IMU Office, Hay Bunder Road, Mumbai – 400 033, where the walk in interview will be conducted.

Processing fee of Rs.1,000/- by Demand Draft, issued by a nationalised bank in the name of “Indian Maritime University, Mumbai Campus” payable at Mumbai, should be submitted with filled in application forms at the time of interview.
