A minimum of 50% marks in the case for general category candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates, in BSc (Major), in Electronics / Physics. Also, BSc (Major) in Mathematics / Statistics / Chemistry with Physics and /or Electronics as one of the pass course subjects are eligible.
