Management Programme for Entrepreneurs at IIM Bangalore


The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, has invited applications for admission to the Management Programme for Entrepreneurs  Family Businesses, commencing on 27th November, 2017 and ending on 19 May, 2018, at IIMB Campus.

This is a part-time Certificate Programme, meant to equip the next generation of Indian Family Business Entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to power their organization to the next level.

The Programme will take a multi-pronged, blended approach that includes in-campus lectures and a self-learning online module, delivered through IIMBx- IIMB’s MOOCS (Massive Open Online Courses).
The programme is designed for entrepreneurs and those running family businesses.
Applicants will have to be graduates with 5 years of experience after graduation. Those with professional qualifications from well-known/ reputed educational institutions will be preferred. Participants are expected to have a track record as entrepreneurs. If the applicant is an owner involved in building a high growth enterprise, the criterion of experience may be relaxed at the discretion of the programme directors.

All participants will have to submit a 500-word statement of purpose along with the online application form.

Participants will be expected to have the requisite aptitude and skills to be able to work independently on computers in order to be able to accomplish the learning goals of the programme.

Residential fee (excluding GST) is Rs. 5.99 lakh and non-residential fee (excluding GST) is Rs. 5.53 lakh.

The programme fee should be received at the Executive Education Office, before the programme commencement date. In case of withdrawals, the fee will be refunded only if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the programme. If a nomination is not accepted, the fee will be refunded to the person / organization concerned.
