PG in Rural Development Distance Education

The National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad, one of the premier rural development institute in south India, invited application for admission for following PG Diploma course Through Distance education for the year of 2011.
Post-Graduate Diploma Programme in Sustainable Rural Development (PGDSRD) (One year)
Distance Education Cell (DEC) of NIRD and Centre for Distance Education of University of Hyderabad (UoH) are jointly running this course. Candidates having a graduate degree in any discipline from a  recognized university can apply for the course.
Programme Fee: Rs. 17000 (Rs. 15000 for SC /ST/PH), to be deposited in two equal installments at the commencement of each semester. For sponsored candidates, full fee will have to be deposited at admission. Fee for NRIs and foreign nationals is $ 1700 to be paid at the time of admission.

The application form and information brochure can be obtained from Programme Coordinator, PGD-SRD, Distance Education Cell, NIRD, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-500030 (AP), in person on payment of Rs 500 (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) through a Demand Draft in favour of 'National Institute of Rural Development' payable at Hyderabad.
