Rubic's Rostrum, the popular coaching institute for JEE and PMT in UP is conducting an All India Scholarship test for meritorious students on the second Sunday of December this year. The examination will be open for students from class VIII till XII, provided they have scored a minimum of 75 per cent in the previous class (70 per cent for UP Board and all state board students).
The scholarship has two categories, A and B. In category A, we have cash rewards starting from Rs 15,000 to Rs 40,000 for top three students of class VIII to class XII. Besides this; scholarships starting from Rs 400(class VIII) to Rs 900(XII pass out) per month will be given to each of the top 20 students for a period of nine months. A free of cost coaching for IIT-JEE and PMT, free study material and All India Orientation Test Series for IIT-JEE/PMT will also be given to the lucky ones. About category B he says, "The next 100 students of each standard from VIII to X will be eligible for free of charge coaching, study material and All India Test Series. Moreover students of each standard from XI, XII and XII will be eligible for free of charge coaching, study material and All India Simulators Test Series as well.'
