NCC Special entry as Army Officer

NCC Special entry scheme:
Age Limit : 19 to 25 years (not born earlier than 02 Jul. 83 and not later than 01 Jul. 89)
The criteria for NCC C Certificate holders to appear directly for SSB for Short Service Course (Non Technical) at Officers Training Academy, Chennai:
(a) Education Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years.
(b) Service in NCC : Should have served for minimum two academic years in the senior Division of NCC.
(c) Grading : Should have obtained a minimum of B Grade in C Certificate Exam.
The course commences in May each year. Apply directly and the initial short listing of applications will be done at Additional directorate General recruiting, Army Headquarters. Candidates shortlisted will be called for SSB interview by Additional directorate General of Recruiting. Candidates recommended by the Service Selection Board will undergo medical examination by a board of service medical Board
