Doctoral Programmes at XLRI

XLRI Jamshedpur offers both full time and part time doctoral programmes in the following areas of specialization
Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Operation Management, Organizational Behavior, Personal Management & Industrial Relations/HR management and Strategic Management
Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is full time residential doctoral level programme that trains prospective scholars to become highly skilled and innovative researcher and teachers in various aspects of management.
Fellow students are awarded a fellowship of Rs. 20000/moth during first two years and Rs. 25000/month in last two years and no fees (admission, tution, course material, library, etc) will be charged
Who can apply:
Applicants for the FPM should have a Master' s degree or its equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) , with a Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary education or equivalent and three years of relevant work experience.
CA/ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidate) and three years of relevant work experience.
BE/B.Tech degrees or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and four years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply in any of the areas
