Eligibility for IGNOU MCA

IGNOU is a leader in Distance Learning programms in India. IGNOU is conducting various courses including MCA and other Computer courses. Below mentioned are the Eligibility Criteria for joining MCA course under IGNOU Distance education.

Bachelor of Computer Science / Applications / Information Sciences / Information Technology from Recognized / Deemed University.
OR
Other Graduates / Non-Computer Science B.Tech / M.Sc (such applicants are required to pursue CIC concurrently with MCA 1st semester)
OR
Graduates with PGDCA from a Recogniaed / Deemed University or its equivalent course not less than one year from a State Board of Technical Education, or its equivalent body established by the Central / State Government.
(i) The students who haven’t studied Mathematics at 10+2 level are required to do CS-60 in the first semester of MCA programme.
(ii) The students enrolling for the MCA programme who have completed the DOEACC O-level programme are not required to enroll for CIC.
