Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) is offering scholarship for higher study in Germany. The Scholarship are offered to fresh graduates and graduates in mid-career. Scholarship is meant for a Masters degree at one of the selected German universities with the following focus areas: public policy, good governance, international relations, public management, administration, civil society
Period of Scholarship: Two years
Amount of Scholarship : Euro 750/- Per Month and airfare to Germany and back
Exemption from payment of university tuition fees; a study and research subsidy; compulsory health insurance covered by DAAD and six months German language course in Germany free tuition, boarding, lodging plus pocket allowance during the period of the German language course (preceding studies).
Requirements: First class Bachelors degree (Not more than a gap six years between the award of last degree and application deadline). In general, candidates should be residing in India at the time of application. Candidates, who have been in Germany for more than one year at the time of application are not eligible to apply. All Master courses have further additional requirements that must be fulfilled by the applicants
