Application Form and Prospectus can be had directly from the Institute of Distance Education office at Kariavattom or the Kerala University Forms Sales counter at Palayam or Information Centres, by remitting the required fee by University Pay-in-Slips or DDs. Application Forms can also be had by post on requisition to the Director, Institute of Distance Education. The request shall be accompanied by a DD or University Pay-in-Slip for the required amount and a self addressed envelope of size 24 x 17 cm, stamped for Rs. 15/-
