LM Thapar School of Management MBA Admission

Applications have been invited by LM Thapar School of Management, Patiala, for admission to MBA Courses of Academic Year 2011.

MBA - 2 Years Programme:
Eligibility: Admission to MBA will be open to candidate who obtains at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA in an equivalent grade from recognized university.
Qualifying Examination is as follows: BE/B Tech degree in any discipline OR M.Sc. /MA in Mathematics/Statistics/ Computer Science/Electronics/ Physics/Operations Research/Information Science/Information Technology or MCA

MBA - 3 Years Programme including 1 Year Bridge Programme:
Eligibility: Admission to one year Bridge Programme for MBA programme will be open to a candidate who obtains at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA in equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a recognized university.
Qualifying Examination is as follows: Recognized Bachelor's Degree in Science of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects.

The candidates who are in the final year of their study (qualifying exam) can also apply for any or all the MBA programmes. However, such candidates are required to submit proof of passing their qualifying exam on or before 31 July, 2011.

APPLICATION FORM
The filled up form are to be sent/submitted to Registrar, Thapar University, Patiala -147004.
Application for admission must be made in the candidate's own handwriting and on the prescribed application form and must be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft of Rs.1500/- drawn in favour of Registrar, Thapar University, payable at Patiala -147004.
