Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kochi, Kerala, has invited applications for admission following pharmacy (PB) courses of Academic Year 2011.
Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy):
Eligibility:
a) Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2011
b) A Pass in any of the following examinations
1. Plus two examination with 50% in Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology
2. A pass in D Pharm from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
3. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
Pharm.D. (Post Baccalaureate):
Eligibility:
1. B. Pharm degree from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)
2. Not less than 50% of the maximum marks for all the subjects of the B. Pharm course from second year to fourth year examinations.
3. Candidates with GATE / GPAT score preferred.

(iii) Applications can also be downloaded from the link: http://aims.amrita.edu/PDFs/admission/pharmd_application.pdf and the completed application has to be submitted with a Demand draft of Rs.1500/- in favour of "Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham", payable at Kochi.
(iv) Application can be availed in person from the branches of Dhanalaxmi Bank or Federal Bank on payment of Rs.1500/- .
