A.P. University of Law Visakhapatnam Part Time LLD admission

Applications have been invited by A.P. University of Law, Visakhapatnam for admission to LLD (Part-Time) Programme of Year 2012.

Eligibility
LLD may be awarded / conferred upon a person for exceptional academic achievements in the field of law or inter-disciplinary subjects having interface with law. However, it is open to a person with PhD Degree in Law to register for LLD on completion of 5 years from the date of award of PhD. The dissertation / thesis submitted may be considered for the award of LLD Degree provided it is recommended by the competent authorities constituted for this purpose as an original and outstanding contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the field of law and other allied disciplines

Applications:
Application format

The filled-in applications are to be submitted along with a fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to The Registrar, APUL, Palace Layout, Peda Waltair, Visakhapatnam - 530017 on or before the stipulated date.
Fee should be paid through crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of "The Registrar, A.P.University of Law", Payable at Visakhapatnam.

A candidate shall submit the following along with the application:
i. An outline of the scheme / theme of research work;
ii. A chapter-wise proposal of the proposed work in about 3000 words;
iii. A certificate from the Institution concerned testifying length of service, or other academic awards or credentials wherever required or applicable:
iv. An attested photocopy of the PhD Degree in Law;
v. One set of published papers, monographs, articles and books, if any; or
vi. Published work of outstanding merit or any other relevant material:
