Kerala University PG Private Registration 2017

The University of Kerala has invited applications for registration as private candidates for MA/M.Com. Degree (Annual) Examinations to be held during 2017-18 (2016-17 Admission). The candidates shall submit offline application along with fee receipts and required documents before closure of registration.

Private Registration is introduced for All Post Graduate Programmes under the Faculties of Social Science, Arts, Oriental studies and Commerce and is conducted under Annual pattern. Normal duration of PG Degree Programme under annual pattern shall be two years.

Eligibility for admission for various Post-Graduate Programmes shall be determined strictly in accordance with the Rules, Guidelines and Regulations framed by the university from time to time.

Re-admission to the PG Course under Annual pattern shall be granted only in the commencement of programme every year, as notified by the University.

Candidate shall have to cancel the prior registration and secure fresh registration, in case of change in scheme and syllabus

Candidates who fail in one paper or more papers shall be permitted to re-appear for the respective paper or papers along with the subsequent batch of candidates appearing for the University Examination.

How to apply

Application for Registration, matriculation, Recognition, Eligibility Certificate etc can be obtained either from the forms section at the University Office, Thiruvananthapuram – 34 or from the District/Taluk Information Centres of the University of Kerala. If the application form is to be sent by post, the request form should be accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope and the cost of application form paid by way of Kerala University Pay – in Slip/Friends Janasevanakendrams or Demand Draft drawn in favour of the. Finance Officer, University of Kerala from SBI / SBT/State Co-operative banks. The request should be addressed to the Section Officer, Forms Section, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram – 695034. A self addressed (Home address only) stamped envelope (A4 Size) with sufficient amount of stamp should be forwarded with the application.
